Terms & Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply to the singular, plural, and any related grammatical forms of each term.

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The ckkk444 website, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any related services operated under the ckkk444 brand.
"We" / "Us" / "Our"	ckkk444 and its operators, employees, agents, and authorised representatives.
"You" / "User" / "Player"	Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The personal registered account created by a User on ckkk444, through which deposits, bets, and withdrawals are conducted.
"Balance"	The total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on ckkk444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using ckkk444.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a ckkk444 employee in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You do not have an existing ckkk444 Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by ckkk444 for any reason.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme and the exclusion period has not expired.

ckkk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ckkk444 may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If we discover at any point that a User was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the Platform, we will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and withhold any winnings generated. Deposits made by underage Users may be returned at our sole discretion after deducting any administrative costs incurred.

To access the full range of services available on ckkk444 — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual may hold only one Account on ckkk444. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, ckkk444 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and cancel any associated bonuses or winnings.

You must notify ckkk444 promptly if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. ckkk444 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

ckkk444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

ckkk444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through payment methods officially supported by the Platform. The following payment methods are currently accepted on ckkk444:

• International Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on ckkk444 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution. ckkk444 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must complete the KYC process before your first withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times vary by payment method but ckkk444 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.

Prohibited Transactions: The following are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension:

• Using payment accounts registered in a name other than your own.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to deposit funds into your Account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider after those funds have been used for betting purposes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially irregular activity.

ckkk444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any transaction it deems unusual or potentially suspicious. During such checks, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. Where fraud or financial crime is suspected, ckkk444 may report the matter to the relevant authorities and withhold the associated funds pending investigation.

ckkk444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, deposit match offers, and other promotions to new and existing Users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times before a withdrawal request will be approved.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are issued to registered, verified Users only. Bonus credits will not be awarded to unverified Accounts.
• A User may only claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same introductory bonus multiple times — including by opening duplicate Accounts — is prohibited.

• If ckkk444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is abusing any promotion — including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear bonus requirements — ckkk444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup will include individual expiry dates and qualifying conditions published at the time of the promotion.

By using ckkk444, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You accept the following obligations as binding conditions of your continued access to the Platform:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent account update.
• You will keep your Account login credentials strictly confidential and will not share your username or password with any other person.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform using automated software, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other non-human means without prior written authorisation from ckkk444.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, game code, or security mechanism forming part of the Platform.

• You will not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You will not post, transmit, or otherwise distribute offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any communication channel provided by ckkk444 (including live chat or support messaging).
• You will immediately notify ckkk444 if you discover any error or bug in the Platform's software that produces unintended game outcomes. Exploiting such errors instead of reporting them is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You will comply with ckkk444's Responsible Gaming policies, including respecting the limits you set for yourself through the Platform's responsible gaming tools.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawals, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and permanent Account closure. ckkk444 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where a User's actions result in financial loss or reputational harm to the Platform.

ckkk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, including the use of false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual.
• Underage gambling — confirmed or strongly suspected use of the Platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Suspected collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Use of the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Initiation of unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals through a bank or payment provider.
• A User's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

User-Initiated Closure: If you wish to close your Account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting the ckkk444 support team via live chat or by emailing support@ckkk444 (plain text — not a link). Before closing your Account, any real-money Balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

Effect of Closure: Upon closure of an Account — whether initiated by the User or by ckkk444 — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules where applicable. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure unless otherwise agreed in writing. ckkk444 will retain transaction and account records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Users who close their Accounts via the self-exclusion mechanism on the Responsible Gaming page are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckkk444 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, server outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and cyberattacks).
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from software faults, provided that ckkk444 takes reasonable corrective action upon discovering the error.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where ckkk444 has not been negligent in maintaining platform-level security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any participating Bangladeshi bank.
• Any reliance by the User on information, odds, statistics, or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

ckkk444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strongly recommend that Users maintain up-to-date antivirus software on their devices.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ckkk444's proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of ckkk444 that cannot be resolved informally through our support team will be subject to the dispute resolution process described in our full legal documentation, available upon request by contacting support@ckkk444 (plain text — not a link).

Amendments: ckkk444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
